Article 2 – Fees and payment methods

Prices for services and treatments are visible on the website www.blanchisserie-bourg.ch.

• Rates are indicative and subject to laundry checks on arrival.
• Payment for services can be made by credit card, bank transfer and on delivery.
• Payment by credit card is made via secure servers of our payment operator.
• This implies that no bank information passes through the www.blanchisserie-bourg.ch website or the mobile application.
• The credit card registered in the customer’s account will be automatically charged the amount due when the invoice is sent by email.
• Any outstanding amount at maturity will result in:

Article 3 – Coupons, Discount codes and Sponsorship

3.1 Collection Orders

Any cash payment of the residual value of the coupon, discount code or sponsorship credit is excluded. If the order amount exceeds the credit amount, the difference will have to be paid by another payment method. The User customer can inquire at Blanchisserie du Vieux-Bourg about the status and receipt of his credit account.

It is possible to transfer the coupon to a third party. In that case, you agree not to use his code or communicate it to the third party. If a coupon is already redeemed on a customer account, it will no longer be possible to transfer it to another customer account.

Coupons for Blanchisserie du Vieux-Bourg cannot be redeemed or refunded.

Discount coupons cannot be combined with other reduction actions, for example, promo code .

3.2 Limitations

In the absence of any indication to the contrary on the coupons, they have a period of validity limited to 12 months from their issue.

3.3 Responsibility

3.4 Fraud

Any credit card payment and any credit transfer to third parties is prohibited.

If such promotional code, however, is shared on pages of third-party websites, said code may be cancelled. The credit available on this date will expire. Article 4 – Cancellation and missed delivery

Article 6 – Claims

Article 8 – Custody time

Beyond 3 months, our company will be able to dispose of it and any claim in the latter location will be considered inadmissible.

Highly priced apparel, provided it is not received on the prescribed delivery date, is considered a garment to be held for valuable consideration.

Article 9 – Force majeure

Article 10 – Termination of rights and remedy

These General Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Article 11 – Changes to the general terms and conditions of the Blanchisserie du Vieux-Bourg service.

Article 12 – Original text

The general conditions are written in French, Portuguese and English. In case of contradiction, the French version will prevail.
